Need to Return a product

To return a product at Discount Karting , you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us at discountkarting@verizon.nets, or by telephone 804-598-8861. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Discount Karting accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 10 days. However, Discount Karting reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 10 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

• FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

• A FULL REFUND

• ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Discount Karting on returned items, and Discount Karting will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back if the product(s) was damaged or the wrong item shipped.
